Latest: Despite well presented objections and lack of involvement from local groups HCC has approved the controversial plan to install a boardwalk to be used by the school. The Conservative council failed to listen to local residents concerns. It is unclear who requested the facility or how much it will cost but it looks like Whiteley will get another white elephant to match the 800k bus lane in Yew Tree Drive.
